Takedown and Abuse Policy — Clonecode
Last updated: [DATA] · Version: draft-0.1 · Operator: [NOME DA EMPRESA], CNPJ [CNPJ], [ENDEREÇO]
1. Purpose
Clonecode copies publicly visible pages that users ask for. If someone used the Service to copy your site or content without permission, or to deceive people (for example phishing), you can report it and ask for removal. This policy explains how.
2. How to report misuse
Send an e-mail to abuse@Still under legal review (or the form at [URL DO FORMULÁRIO]) with:
- Your name, company (if any) and contact details, and whether you are the owner or an authorised representative.
- The URL of your original site/content and, if you know it, where the copy is (for example the job ID, the link, or where it was republished).
- What right is affected (copyright, trademark, privacy, fraud, impersonation, other) and a short description.
- For phishing or fraud: the evidence you have (links, screenshots, dates).
- A statement that the information is accurate, and, for rights claims, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for themStill under legal review.
- Your signature (typed name is acceptable).
For phishing, active fraud or any risk to people, mark the subject URGENT; we prioritise those.
What we cannot do: we do not host public copies of third-party sites. Copies are private kits stored for 14 days and then deleted. If a user republished a kit somewhere else (their own server, another host), you must also report to that host or platform. We can help only with what is in our systems and with the user's account.Still under legal review
3. How to ask us to remove a copy of your own site
If you are the owner of a site and want us to stop or delete copies of it:
- Write to abuse@ with proof of ownership or authority (for example a message from an address at the site's domain, or a DNS TXT record we ask you to add)Still under legal review.
- We can delete existing copies of your site held in our systems and add your domain to our blocklist so that new jobs for it are refusedStill under legal review.
- Site owners can also set access controls; our engine only reads pages visible to any public visitor, without login.
4. What we do after a report
| Step | What happens | Target time |
|---|---|---|
| Acknowledgement | We confirm receipt and give a reference number | [PRAZO] |
| Urgent cases (phishing, fraud, risk to people) | We act first: suspend the job or account and block downloads while we review | [PRAZO] |
| Review | We check the report, our job records and the evidence. We may ask you for more information | [PRAZO] |
| Action | If well-founded: we remove or disable the copy, may suspend or close the account, may add the domain to the blocklist, and may notify authorities | [PRAZO] |
| Answer | We tell you the outcome, as far as privacy law allows | [PRAZO] |
We may act before completing the review when there is a risk of harm. We may not be able to share the user's identity without a legal basis (court order or lawful request)Still under legal review.
5. Notice to the user and counter-notification
When we remove or disable content because of a rights report, we notify the account holder, with a copy of the report (without unnecessary personal data of the reporterStill under legal review) and the reason.
If the user believes the removal was a mistake or misidentification, or that they have the right to the content, they can send a counter-notification to abuse@ with:
- Identification of the removed copy.
- A statement, under penalty of the law that appliesStill under legal review, that they have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or that they have permission or a legal right to copy it.
- Their name, address and contact, and consent to the jurisdictionStill under legal review.
- A signature.
We forward the counter-notification to the reporter. If the reporter does not tell us within [PRAZO] that they have started legal action, we may restore access, where technically possible and lawful. Note that a copy is deleted after 14 days anyway, so a restored copy may already be gone.
False reports: knowingly false reports or counter-notices may have legal consequences and may lead us to ignore future reports from that senderStill under legal review.
6. Repeat infringement
We keep a record of confirmed reports per account. Accounts with repeated confirmed infringement are closedStill under legal review, remaining credits may be withheld as described in the Terms, and we may refuse future sign-ups from the same person where possible.
7. Reports about abuse that is not a rights claim
Phishing, fraud, network probing, attacks or other violations of the Acceptable Use Policy can be reported to the same address. No proof of rights ownership is needed, but a URL or job reference helps.
8. Privacy of reports
We process reports under our Privacy Policy. We keep records of reports and actions forStill under legal review. Reporter details may be shared with the affected user when needed for the process, unless you ask us not to and the law allowsStill under legal review.
9. Law enforcement
Requests from authorities go to legal@Still under legal review and are handled according to applicable law.
