Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — Clonecode
Last updated: [DATA] · Version: draft-0.1 · Operator: [NOME DA EMPRESA], CNPJ [CNPJ]
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It says what you may and may not do with Clonecode.
1. The principle
Clonecode copies publicly visible pages, without login, and delivers a kit. You are responsible for what you copy and what you do with it. Copy your own site, a site you have permission to copy, or use public pages only in ways the law allows (for example private study of design). Do not present someone else's work as yours.
2. What is prohibited
You must not use the Service to:
- Copy a site you have no right or permission to copy and republish it as your own, including its text, images, brand, logo or design.
- Phishing, impersonation or fraud: cloning a bank, payment, e-mail, login, government or any brand's page to deceive people or collect data.
- Copy login pages, bank pages, payment pages or webmail. Our engine blocks a list of high-risk domains and refuses pages with password fields; do not try to get around this (for example through proxies, translation or archive services, iframes, or two-step pages).
- Circumvent our limits: daily quotas, rate limits, one-active-job limit, credit and payment controls, bot checks, multiple accounts to farm free credits, disposable e-mails, or abusing refunds and chargebacks.
- Probe or attack networks and systems: scanning internal or private addresses, using the Service as a proxy or botnet, sending requests to third parties on a large scale, or trying to reach cloud metadata or our infrastructure.
- Request pages that are unlawful or contain illegal content (for example child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, or content that infringes the law where you or we are).
- Resell or redistribute the Service, kits at scale, or access, without our written authorisationStill under legal review.
- Interfere with the Service's security or operation, reverse engineer it, or access other users' data.
- Copy pages behind access controls, paywalls or robots restrictions by technical tricks, or ask us to ignore a site owner's removal request.
- Use the output to train competing copying services, or to build a tool that automates the same thing against our ServiceStill under legal review.
3. What our system does
- Automated checks: blocklist of high-risk domains, refusal of pages with password or payment fields, limits on requests and size, and per-job isolation.
- Audit logs: we keep records (IP, requested host, result) for abuse prevention, for the period in our Privacy Policy.
- Human review: we may review reports and suspicious activity.
These checks reduce abuse but are not perfect; you stay responsible for your use.
4. Consequences
We may, at our discretion, refuse a job, suspend or close the account, remove copies, withhold or withdraw credits, and report to authorities and affected parties. Repeated infringement ends the account. We may keep records needed to defend rights or comply with law.Still under legal review
5. Reporting and removal requests
To report misuse, or to ask us to remove a copy of your own site, see the Takedown and Abuse Policy. Channel: abuse@Still under legal review.
6. Third-party names
References to tools and brands (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, ChatGPT, etc.) are nominative and do not imply partnership. Do not use our name or those names in a way that suggests endorsement.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. Contact: [EMAIL DE PRIVACIDADE], legal@Still under legal review. Governing law: [FORO/LEI APLICÁVEL]Still under legal review.
