Refund Policy — Clonecode

1. Summary

Technical failures never cost credits. If a job fails, is refused or is cancelled before completion, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance automatically.
Unused credits: you can ask for a refund of credits you have not used, within 14 days of purchase.
Used credits: refunded only if the kit does not open or work at all, judged by the job report and the preview video. See section 4.
Chargebacks and disputes suspend the account (section 6).

2. What you buy

Credit packs are one-time payments. Credits do not expire in the MVP^{†Still under legal review}. Watching a copy is free; downloading the kit uses credits. We show the cost before you confirm.

3. Refund of unused credits (14 days)

Write to support@^{†Still under legal review} within 14 days of the purchase, from the account e-mail, with the order or receipt reference.
We refund the part of the purchase that corresponds to credits not yet spent, to the original payment method, through [PROCESSADOR DE PAGAMENTO].
Spent credits are not part of this refund, except under section 4.
On refund, the refunded credits are withdrawn from your balance. If the balance would go negative because you already spent credits, you cannot unlock further downloads until it is resolved^{†Still under legal review}.

4. Refund of used credits: the kit does not open

If you spent credits and the kit does not open or work at all, you can request a refund or credits back within [PRAZO] days. We judge it using the job report (report.json) and the preview video of the running copy.

What does qualify (examples): the delivered kit is empty or corrupt; the mirror shows a blank page that the report flags; files promised in the report are missing.

What does not qualify:

The copy is incomplete or differs from the original in ways the report lists (images blocked by the site, missing scripts, embeds, logged-in content). We do not guarantee fidelity (see the Terms, section 3).
You changed your mind, or the site did not suit your project.
The result was not what you expected from AI tools you used with the kit.
Your account was suspended for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.

When the report shows a likely blank or broken copy, the app warns you before you pay.^{†Still under legal review}

5. Failures, refusals and expiry

Technical failure, refusal by the engine, cancellation, lost worker: no credit is consumed; reserved credits are released.
Expiry: copies are deleted after 14 days. Credits spent on a copy that later expired are not returned.^{†Still under legal review}

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute. If you open a chargeback or dispute, the account is suspended and downloads blocked while it is reviewed. If it is lost, related credits are withdrawn and the account may stay suspended. If it is won, we restore access.^{†Still under legal review}

7. How refunds are paid and timing

Refunds go to the original payment method through [PROCESSADOR DE PAGAMENTO]. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank, typically^{†Still under legal review}. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.^{†Still under legal review}

8. Changes and contact
